On this adventure, you will accomplish something even many islanders have never even done – traverse the whole island on foot. Expect to see more woodlands creatures than the human kind and en route you will also encounter an unexpected surprise. By the time we reach the end of the trail, you will be ready for an invigorating dip at one of Bowen’s treasured beaches. Once back in the Cove, we will celebrate with a special ice cold treat at one of Bowen’s favourite hangouts.

Medical and travel insurance
Emergency Medical Insurance for this activity is recommended for all out-of-province participants. When selecting a travel insurance policy it is recommended that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses, including emergency repatriation. For multi-day events, we suggest the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. We recommend Covermore by Manulife Insurance for Canadian travellers.
