Under the canopy of majestic trees, try your “feet” at this addictive sport. During this adventure, you will help rig up the line and learn the basics of getting on and taking your first steps. Each time you step up, you will find something to celebrate – staying on one second longer, taking one step further. Every small progression sparks your enthusiasm to get on again and again. Slacklining requires a zen-like quality of clearing your mind and tuning into your body, however, mostly it invites you to pay attention. Afterwards, you will feel calmer and stronger, but what you will remember most is how much fun you had.
Once back in the Cove, we will unwind with a special treat at one of Bowen’s favourite hangouts.
Please be aware slacklining is typically done in bare feet, however, shoes can be worn.
