Guided Leisure Walk

Waterfall Wander

Embrace a fresh start with this relaxing walk to Bowen’s waterfalls

Ease into Spring with this soothing walk where we will visit four of Bowen’s loveliest waterfalls. The cleansing nature of water symbolizes the ability to release and renew. This time of year is ideal for letting go of what was and allowing the seeds of new ideas and new creations to grow. We will take some time to honour what is new in each of our lives and allow the cascading water to rejuvenate our souls. This will be a slow and pleasant walk, but please note there is a short section (about 500 m distance) that involves gaining some elevation.

Physical ability

All adventurers need to be in good physical health in order to fully participate. When selecting your adventure, please make sure you have read through the description carefully and assess your ability to cope with the activities involved. Please note that if, in the opinion of the instructor or guide, any participant is unable to complete the itinerary without undue risk to themselves and/or the rest of the group, Bowen Island Adventures reserves the right to exclude them from the adventure without refund.

Medical and travel insurance

Emergency Medical Insurance for this activity is suggested for all out-of-province participants. When selecting a travel insurance policy it is recommended that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses, including emergency repatriation. For multi-day events, we suggest the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. We recommend Covermore by Manulife Insurance for Canadian travellers.
